At x10 Skills Academy we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet your needs and expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Refund policy for self-paced courses

Eligibility for refund
  • You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course.


Conditions for refund
  • Refunds will only be granted if you have not consumed a significant portion of the course content. This typically means less than 25% of the course materials, including videos, assignments, and downloadable resources, have been accessed or completed.
  • Refunds may be refused if you have a history of making excessive refund claims on previous purchases.

2. Refund policy for cohort-based courses

Eligibility for refund:
  • You may request a full refund at any time up to 24 hours before the course begins.
  • Learners can request a refund within 14 days of the course ending if they are not satisfied with the course.


Conditions for refund
  • To be eligible for a refund after course completion, you must have fully participated in the course. Full participation includes attending live sessions, watching recorded materials, and completing assignments. Our team will assess participation based on course records.
  • Refunds requested during the course (i.e., after the start date and before the course has finished) will be granted only by exception and at our discretion. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

3. Additional terms and conditions

  • If the course you purchased included any bonuses, such as free coaching sessions or other perks, these will be forfeited if a refund is granted. Additionally, once a refund is processed, you will no longer have access to the course materials, or any associated community forums.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. Refunds may take up to 14 business days complete and be reflected in your account or on your card.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@x10skills.academy. Include your name, order number, course title, and an explanation for your refund request. If you have not been satisfied with the course, we would appreciate you providing details to help us to continually improve our offerings.

5. Changes to this refund policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
